I forgot my password. How can I get it back?
Go to the Forgot Your Password page. Enter the email address that you signed up with. Your password will be sent to that email.
How do I cancel my account?
You must be logged in to cancel your account. Once logged in go to your profile page. At the bottom of the page is a cancel button, click that button and your account will be cancelled.
When my friends sign up and pay money for a gift, do I have to take the gift they sign up for, or do I get the money to use where I want?
You can use the money however you like. The specific gift title and description is just a suggestion. But remember that when a friend gives you a specific gift, he or she would like you to spend it in that manner. It's the thought that counts.
It said you take 10%. Where does that come from?
The 10% is deducted from the gift that you receive. You are not billed for it.
What is the 10% used for?
The 10% total processing fee (7% service fee + 3% credit card fee) is used to cover management of the account, wedding website modifications, administrative services, etc. Paypal charges us 3%. Our staff include programmers, designers, administrative staff, and more.
